At The Parent List, we believe in the African proverb “It takes a village to raise a child.” Our mission is to create that virtual village for parents who may not have a physical community nearby—providing support, connection, and reliable resources for families at every stage of their parenting journey.
We envision a world where no parent feels isolated, where reliable resources are accessible to all, and where community support empowers families to thrive. The Parent List isn't just a website—it's the beginning of a movement to restore the village that modern parents need.
A Personal Journey
From Personal Need to Community Solution
The Parent List was born from my (Fabianett Salas) deeply personal journey. As a millennial immigrant mother, I found myself navigating parenthood without the traditional support networks that previous generations relied on. Finding resources, specialists, services for my children, and—perhaps most importantly—building meaningful friendships with other parents presented unexpected challenges.
I dreamed of creating not just a business, but a genuine community where parents could find trusted resources, make connections, and support each other through the incredible journey of raising children. The Parent List emerged from this vision—a digital village that could eventually grow into real-world connections and support.
Today, through Harmonic Media Group LLC, I'm building this dream one connection at a time, committed to transforming the often isolating experience of modern parenting into one filled with community, information, and mutual support.
